very easy to activate, and it rings nice and loud. Ill never lose my keys again!

So far so good does what it says it will do and range is pretty accurate.

Youd think with the suffix pro in the product name that youd be getting something that would at the very least work when it arrives. Not so in the case of Tile. This piece of crap is advertised as having an alarm youre able to trigger remotely to help you find things but the example I bought simply would not function.

I have other tiles (Mate and Sticker) and found them useful. I like the integration with voice commands (Nest, Alexa etc), and bought this Pro version. The product is very good and works greatly. The price though is simply a bit high compared to other brands. IMO for a standard usage, I dont see it any different from the cheaper Mate.

Buyer Beware: I have used the tile for many months, and ended up subscribing to the Premium service to improve the accuracy of the reported location of the time if lost, which seemed to improve things a bit (somewhat of a bait and switch as this need was NOT outlined prior to my first purchase). UNFORTUNATELY tile changed their system and their app so that one cannot reset a tile to either activate again for personal use, or pass onto a family member or friend to use (although that functionality continues to be described on their support site, incorrectly). I purchased these new models as they reported longer battery life & a longer bluetooth range (the trade off is they are heavier and larger than the original Tiles). The only way to reuse them is to Email the re-use info directly to someone else in the app. That person must then download the app to re-activate the tile. As Im not sure to whom I will gift the tile, there is no way for me to de-activate the older Tile. Not only is this an irritating change in the tile system, it is counterproductive to marketing and advertising the tile...a baffelting and idiotic change by the company. I plan to look for alternatives to this product given the idiocy of the Tile Company.

Plus is you can change the battery in the key ring, it still works. Only seems to trigger if Im within 3 feet. The wallet tile died less then a year after purchase due to dead battery, wasnt spamming the search and I dont sit on my wallet, maybe a dud, but when it worked it was awesome.

This is the second four-pack of Tile trackers I have purchased, so I obviously I think they provide some value, but the purchase of a second set is more of a statement about the lack of a better competitor than the fact that I love them.
