I bought the 4 pack and thought I would check and see what the Pro edition app was about with the free one month trial. The app never worked and when I tried to cancel it showed that I didnt have it, and was still eligible for the free one month trial. Tile charged my account for a full year, and they do not respond to emails or customer complaints. This company will rip you off, and not even respond when you try to contact them. That is why they do not have a phone number for customer service. This company is trash and after you give them your money they will rip you off. Good luck if you ever have a problem with the Tile not working, because you will never hear back from them.

We got 2 tiles for our vehicle keys. It was a very easy setup and love the ease of mind since we only have 1 set if keys for each.

Not ideal - would not track if my phone was not nearby. I wanted it to track stolen tools unfortunately it always said not within range

Additional research AFTER GPS was set up indicates that Canada will have NO 2G Carriers after Dec 31st 2021. So buy the 3G version instead. Or wait for the 4G version.
