These things suck. 75% of the time it wont trigger your phone, several times Ive had to be right by my keys, it triggers in my pockets constantly. This is high annoying especially if you have your hands full and cant clear it. These are a hard pass for me

I purchased this Tile 6 weeks ago to keep track of a large puppy on my property. I have to be within 75 feet to activate ’find’. Changed the dead battery for the first time today. This product does no perform as advertised. I will be returning this product.

This is my first tile order. The product came quickly and was easy to set up. I was disappointed to learn that all of the features mention in the various Tile advertising info are not available unless you upgrade to a paid subscription. I still like the Tile product, just the use will be more limited. I wish it had been more clear in the info I read. One feature I was liked was the history of the item location for 30 days, however, that is not available without the subscription.

The company made the transfer impossible so that you need to buy a new one

You need to instsall the Tile App on your mobile to get this working. Trouble is it only lets you use Facebook to set up an account despite saying you can use email ! After contacting support (who were of no help), realised this was due to the screen settings on the phone - the Facebook option is at the bottom of the screen, and the app doesnt scroll down to the email option !

My keys and my phone - I lose both at least a few times a week, if not each day. I had planned on getting a bright orange or lime green phone case but couldnt find one i liked, so got these. They are easy to set up and easy to use. Mine have always worked and connected. Its especially helpful when keys are lost in the car, and the fall in between the seats - Tile guided me to where they were, would have taken a lot longer to find them if I didnt have Tile.

Thought I was getting 2 black & 2 white tags but 4 white showed up. O well
