Tim Holtz Mini Distress Ink Storage Tins - (Pack of Three Tins)

These tins are kind of pricey, so I put off buying them for a long time. After all, the mini inkers stack on themselves, right? But then its hard to see what colors you have. I tried storing mine in other boxes... and had the lids come off and product dried out. Grrr!! (Re-wet with either the expensive Ranger product, or make your own with water and glycerin) So I finally bit the bullet and bought this 3 pack. The nice thing is it fits other small ink pads. The super annoying thing is the tins slide when stacked on top of each other. Youd think they could have at least made these expensive things stack on top of each other. The clear cover lets you see what you have.

Perfect for storing mini inks.

Love these! So much easier to store the little mini inks in these tins. They will fit all the different brands of mini inks.

These are well made and perfect way to house the mini inks. You can put on the back a card with a swatch of the colors so you can store them upside down and know what it in them but they are awesome for helping with storage and with travel.

I bought these tins, six of them, to store my Ranger Distress mini ink pads, as they were designed to hold. Of course the ink pads fit well, and I am pleased that the individual ink pads are not difficult to remove. The reason for my four star rating is that the tins are rather flimsy, some of the lids are slightly warped and therefore not as tight fitting. The quality of the actual tin is disappointing for the price. I have already sorted my ink pads into color families, and will keep these. I dont imagine another set would be any better than what I have. So, not unhappy. They do the job.

I got 2 sets of 3 & have them all filled with my mini ink cubes. I am going to order more for the rest that I have. All mini ink cubes fit in this tin, not just the Distress. You could also take the cube insert out & store other items, like die cuts in them. They stack nicely!! & you can see what you have.
