We trimmed and used these on our rv water heater to keep bugs out. It was easy to trim with metal cutters.

Started to rust after 3 weeks

The material is solid and just stiff/flexible to be used in the way we need it. We split the sheet and wrap it on the stack pipe then secure it with a 5” stainless hose clamp. A full sheet works perfectly on the goose neck. We put them on 10 building roofs that has a rat issue and it has resolved the issue in all the buildings.
