> 3 dayUpgraded my 2012 Mac Book Pro 13 and works like a charm. I upgraded from 4GB to 16GB, and it makes a huge difference. Saved me from having to buy a new Mac.

Greater than one weekI was considering retiring my 2012 iMac and buying a new computer when I started my new YouTube channel and started doing a lot of video editing. My iMac was super slow and crashed quite frequently. I only had 8GB of memory, so I decided to try upgrading the memory before purchasing a new computer. Going from 8GB to 32GB made my old iMac into basically a new machine (well, I cannot update the OS). Adobe Premier runs well and the render times are much faster than before (which surprised me), and my computer has not crashed since I upgraded. I am very happy and can now wait at least a year or two more before I need to invest in a new computer.
