> 24 hourFor an iMac , you have to basically completely disassemble the whole computer to get to the RAM, which sits in the most inaccessible place possible inside. Good opportunity to upgrade your hard drive to an SSD while youre in there! This memory works perfectly and my computer is smoking fast now.

> 24 hourPopped it in and it made my computer faster right away. It also recognized the 16 gb. If youre on the fence about this go ahead and buy it bc it DOES work. I was able to upgrade to the latest OS no problem. Not quite as fast as I was hoping, but my computer is actually usable now. I probably need to upgrade to an SSD as well.

> 24 hourI had a spare macbook pro (mid 2012) that was just old and slow and kinda sat beside the newer laptops looking sad. For under $200, 16gb ram and 500gb SSd drive brought it back to life. It fit perfectly (as expected) and works without issue. Its a quick and cheap upgrade that brought my laptop from a 78 second boot time, to 11 seconds! Im happy!

> 24 hourPurchased to increase the ram on my 2013 MacBook pro. It improved the speed…increased from 2x2GB to 2x4GB. Looking at my MacBook specs it tells you specifically that a total of 8 (2x4)GB is the max you can increase it to. I believe some of the newer ones you can go higher. However well spent money….maybe I get another couple years out of it before it needs to be upgraded to a new MacBook

> 24 hourIt was an easy/quick install (under 10 minutes). The upgrade to 8GB from 4GB has rescued my old Macbook Pro 13 (mid 2012) that was almost useless since upgrading to High Sierra. RAM arrived the next day and price is about 1/3 of Apple so I would highly recommend.

> 24 hourI was dreading replacing memory on my 17 MacBook Pro early 2011. This memory looked too good to be true but it was! Increasing my current 8MB to 16MB was just the right amount of boost for my aging Mac which can only run macOS 10.13 (High Sierra). Now I have a Virtualbox VM running Ubuntu 22.04 and its serving as a great linux server.
