> 24 hourMy Mac was having trouble executing simple, regular operations. Opening and closing windows, that sort of thing. Replanince the RAM made all the difference. This is a 12 year old Mac and it runs fine now.

> 24 hourOur late 2013 21.5 iMacs (four purchased in 2014 with 8GB RAM) were starting to run a lot slower since around 2019. I ran anti-virus checks, cleaned up the disks, but still slow performance. I did not want to purchase new computers, so decided to up the RAM to 16GB. Installing was a major PITA, but thats Apples fault, not Timetec. What a difference!! Boot up went from 1:57 to 46 seconds, logging in went from 1 minute to 25 seconds. All other operations are also noticeably faster. I am highly satisfied with this purchase.
