Greater than one weekThought this would be a knockoff but keeps up with the more expensive Samsung drive. Great Price to performance

> 3 dayThis SSD offers a lot of storage and performance for the price. I used this SSD to upgrade a Macbook with low storage (with an adapter) and everything went smoothly. The laptop is noticeably quicker booting up and performing tasks. I dont have numbers to show since the device is no longer in my ownership but it was faster.

> 3 daythe drive does have spacious volume, unfortunately there is hardly and buffer size to maintain a read/write cycle if the drive is in use , i hope the lifespan of the drive is at least decent as i can deal with low read/write speeds, once the buffer is filled on this drive, expect 5~15mb/s transfer rates, the only pro this drive has going for it is that it was $35 for 1Tb, if you want quality for your money, you may consider any of the leading brands with many years of experience. I may eventually rip open this drive to see what components are used.

> 3 dayIts alright. I got it to fill an empty slot on my Orico enclosure which has space for an NVME and SATA m.2. My OCD forced me to get this to fill the slot. Its not as fast as an NVME and I wouldnt recommend it over an NVME ever (like 1/4 the speed of my intel PCI3 NVME over Thunderbolt 3) but if you need to fill a slot as a backup, then this is an option.

Greater than one weekMy PC Boots so fast now. I cloned my Western Digital 1tb hard drive to the Timetec 1TB SSD and everything is so much faster now. I am going to like this. I like Timetec products and installed 32gb of their ram a few months ago. I bought 2 of the Timetec 1 tb SSDs and the other one will be the system drive for another pc I am building. Could not me more pleased! I am running Win 10, I7 4.0 GHz on a Gigabyte Motherboard w 32 Gigs of ram.

> 3 dayIve been using Timetec products for quite a while. They have always offered good deals on their hardware. I havent had any of them fail or DoA. The packaging is great, better than most budget hardware packaging that youll see in this price range.

> 3 dayBought 2 of these. I also bought a usb disk duplicator. Used the duplicator on my linux drive, but my windows drive was 2T, and I only bought the 1T version, so I couldnt use the duplicator. First tried running linux gpartd, but even though clone looked good in windows disk manager , windows wouldnt boot. So I downloaded the free copy of Macrium Reflect and used it. Cloning was a bit slow due to my USB2 limit, (Ive now ordered a USB3 board) but when it finished, windows booted and Im happy with the devices. I bought Macrium Reflect as a thank you for the fact that their tools have a functional eval, and their licenses are perpetual, not subscriptions.
