If I could give this cleaner/company 0 stars, I would. We received the iFloor 3 as a gift for Christmas ‘20. We absolutely loved it and used it multiple times through the day (2 young kids). We loved it so much, we purchased the A11 Hero (stick vacuum). Again, we loved it so much that when my in laws were talking about getting a vacuum, we recommended the A11 Hero, which we purchased for them as a gift. Immediately after this, our iFloor 3 started leaking and malfunctioning (cared for per manufacturer guidelines). Tineco needed us to send the vacuum back to fix so in the meantime, we purchased another one and wanted to use the one being repaired for my husband’s office at work. Since, both our A11 Hero’s have had issues requiring new motors (error codes, malfunctioning, lack of suction) and now our most recent iFloor 3 (purchased in 6/22) is now refusing to turn on. TINECO does not stand behind their products. You will get the run around and jump through hoops to get a REFURBISHED model after spending $300+ dollars. It’s not an “if it breaks”, it’s “when” and for us, it’s all been within a year of purchase, if not less. TINECO’s customer service and support is abysmal and this company is a SCAM. Do yourself a HUGE favor, save yourself our headache and choose a more reliable company to support. DO NOT SUPPORT TINECO.

The scent is nice and my cats are ok with it. But a bit pricey.

This cleaner smells so fresh and I def was not expecting the bottle to be as large as it is! We have tons of tile in our home, surprisingly this bottle will last a long time! The price for this size bottle is awesome, beyond pleased!

No fragrance. Love that it cleans well. Tineco floor One S3 is a dream to use. Best purchase ever

Everyone was sold out. But this came about and was larger than the one sent with the product and it’s awesome.

I got my Tineco floor cleaning system not quite a year ago & I love it!! I finally needed a refill of the cleaning solution. At 1st glance the price seems high, but since you use a capful at a time its cost per use is minimal & it lasts a long time
