The vacuum doesn’t do well with picking stuff up and it doesn’t spit water out at all to mop, so sent in a request for a return. These aren’t worth the money. I really wanted this to work well, and it just doesn’t.

I love this thing! My cleaning ladies have another brand wet/dry vacuum and prefer to use mine when at my house bc it’s quiet and does a great job! Every time I bring it out for a quick clean up with company over they are all impressed! I use it downstairs on tile floors and I’ve used it in a camper! I’d love to upgrade the one I have for home and put this one in our camper for good! Tineco, if you are looking for someone to test your new products….I’m your girl!!!!!!

I am returning this. It would not spray the cleaning solution. I went through all of the trouble shooting steps and nothing worked.

I ordered this product after I saw someone use it on TikTok. I didn’t want to believe her when she said she was just wiping the dirt around by using a swifter. Boy, was she right! This thing literally picks up all the dirt and I seriously thought my floors were made matte and not shiny! The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because it is hard to maneuver going in tight areas or trying to turn. If they made it where the wheels were more free from the machine, this would be a 5/5 star review for me. Trust me, as a millennial who hates cleaning the floors, this has made things SO easy and I actually want to keep cleaning them now.

Bought this in hopes of making vacuuming and mopping a lot faster and easier. It has almost no suction, leaves a muddy mess when mopping and is a complete pain to clean after each use. It is lightweight so if you don’t care about what it’s intended for it’s great.

Do not buy this item! First of all, it doesnt clean the floor well. It leaves puddles of water, ruining your floors! The vacuum is so weak! Also, when i tried to return it i couldnt take it apart so it doesnt fit in the box for returns.

Giving a one star because I can’t put 0. I religiously clean the filter and rinse it so it doesn’t get a funky smell, but no matter what I do it always stinks. The first few weeks it’s all fun and amazing but i regret this purchase so so much. Do not buy
