Can I ignore the grill?

All functions need to put the grill, please put it down with the feet facing up. If forget the grill, the milk in feeding botle will uneven heating and high temperture will make the botle be out of the shape.

Can"t open the machine?

Make sure haved plugged in and have water in the botle warmer, burned protection if no water. Waitng the mahine cooling for next time use.

Why milk temperaure too high or too low?

Incorrect amount of water added, for water added please reference to the room temperature and refrigerated milk.

Warm milk time too long?

How to remove limescale?
