This cable is great if youre looking to upgrade your PS2. It should also work with the PS3 but I havent tested it with that yet. It also has an extra composite output (yellow) which is great because you have to change the output setting on the PS2 to YPBPR so you can just plug that in while youre changing the setting and then use the component output (red, green, blue) when youre done. You have to change the setting to YPBPR, otherwise the PS2 wont output properly. The cables seem very sturdy and are braided which is very nice.

Bought these cables to use on my PS2 slim they worked well for a few days but the video has started cutting out. Played for about 30 minutes today and it probably cut off like 4-5 times it comes back immediately afterwards but definitely annoying. Maybe I got a bad cable because it seems like everyone else isn’t having issue

This really does make a difference in the ps2 quality on the tv over the rgb cable. Would highly recommend it. Finally can play games like Tekken 5 on my ps2.

Outstanding quality. Very thick cable. My PS2 looks wonderful playing Vice City now. Also, make sure to change system settings in advance.

I was going to spend more money on finding oem cables or some high end 3rd party and did extensive research on almost all component cable’s available for the ps2, but these cables will do the trick just fine!! I instantly noticed a difference in picture quality and colour. Lettering was more smooth and legible. Would highly recommend these cables!!
