These hold a lot of weight. I got them for my fridge to hang larger utensils on and got some more to hang on my grill for the bigger, outside utensils and fireproof gloves. The heaviest item I have is about 8 lbs, and these things don’t budge. They come with little sticky things to keep the magnets from scuffing up the appliances. Highly recommend using them, the magnets will leave black streaks on white fridges.

These worked great to hang a wreath on a steel door. They are also holding keys on another door, and knickknacks on the fridge. You do need to be aware that they can leave marks on painted surfaces if they are moved or twisted while in place - although this hasnt been an issue on the fridge, where theres a hard enamel factory finish. Note the rated strength isnt applicable to a vertical surface. If you happen to have a steel shelf or desk you want to hang things from, though, you can definitely use them that way. I havent tested the weight limit and probably wouldnt trust them with heavy loads, but you do you.

These were smaller than I anticipated for the strength advertised. The magnet is slightly smaller than a quarter. the hook part is about 1.25 long. They stick very well to a steel shelf that I have. They stick ok to my magnetic dry erase board. if you push on the hook toward the dry erase board it is sticking to, it might disconnect from the board. For non heavy things it works well on the dry erase board. I wish they were slightly bigger for the price I paid, but otherwise I am happy with them.

Excellent adhesion and holds large BBQ tools

These are very good quality magnetic hooks. I got them to hold up this metal rack with all my spices on it and put it against my fridge, but they kept sliding down. I didnt realize my spices weighed so much, so Im going to have to look for another solution, but these are very strong magnets, it took some effort to pull them off the metal surfaces. I ended up using these on my daughters bed to hang her backpacks and on the front door for masks and keys. Sigh. For reference, my metal spice rack holds more than 18 spices and I keep them in the original containers. So, that may weigh more than I thought. xD

I have metal cabinets in my garage. And having magnetic hooks are so useful. No neeed to drill holes these hooks are strong!!!! They say they’re rated at 30lbs, I would be a little worried on that but I also wouldn’t be surprised. These are great, the magnets are very strong!

Some don’t work as well

They are very sturdy I am so glad I bought them. My shower door came off the track and I haven’t been able to get it fixed. I had put up a curtain so the water wouldn’t go all over the floor, but it kept falling and was a hassle. I saw these hooks at work and wrote down the name. Amazon had them so I ordered them. I put the little disc on the wall and the hook magnet on the disc , I Tharen put a rubber band on the door handle and connect it to the hook. It works until I can get my door fixed. No water leaking out.

Use these as utensil holders on my grill. And work just as well if not better then the expensive ones that are 3 times the price for half the amount

I cant say enough about this item. I thought it was bigger than what I got but it really does hold a lot of weight.
