Love this backpack with a lot of room and many pockets and dividers to separate items. I love the way it looks and feels- a very good looking fabric that is soft to the touch. It is also comfortable to wear with the thick and padded straps. However I was disappointed that it would not fit under an airplane seat (although there were many pictures showing other customers with the backpack fitting under the seat). I travel once a month from Ft.Lauderdale to LA in a large plane and it has to be placed in the overhead compartment because it will not fit completely under the seat in front of me.

This bag worked great as a carry-on for my large 17.3 inch laptop. It is definitely designed to be more of a luggage bag than a business bag. I was hoping for something that I could use to carry my laptop and tech equipment to conferences and events, but the way the main/center compartment is designed, it is more for clothing than accessories. If the center compartment had a variety of pockets and slots you could organize cables and other accessories in it, but it is basically just an open compartment. Since it is marketing as a Travel Backpack, I certainly do not knock off any stars for that. It works great as a combined laptop and clothing bag... which makes it ideal for short business trips. I was able to pack clothing for a 4 day trip plus my laptop and tech accessories into this bag. It is comfortable to wear, even fully loaded. I highly recommend using the cross chest buckle on the shoulder straps for heavy loads. It also fit under the seat (with a bit of stuffing) on my flights. I love the small pocket on top, making it easy to get to essential items. The swinging door style front compartment was a bit frustrating to work with, but it may just depend on the kinds of items you are storing in there. However, I did like the option to get into the bag through the front (although I never really used it on my trip). Overall, a great travel bag that is well built.

Great backpack!

I bought the backpack in anticipation of a six-month travel Im planning next year. I was looking for a 40L bag, but came across this 38L bag and it works perfectly so far. I was a bit disappointed that only one side had the holder on the side for water and extras. I was hoping for both sides to have one. The bag does fit under the seat in front on most planes; however, doesnt give you much in leg room. I was extremely satisfied with the way the bag opens ups for packing and unpacking. The extra compartments were great! I didnt have a chance to use the cover, so I cant comment on it. My six-month travel will be the real test.

Bag is really nice. It’s great for a quick weekend trip. I can get my clothes, toiletries, electronics separated and secure. It’s very comfortable. The grey one is a softer material. We have a black one and grey. We both like the soft grey material better. Good value
