Put together well, feels solid in my hand, no gaps in the seems. The thumb joy sticks are not quite as responsive as the original SONY PS3 controller. If you need a 2nd controller for a friend this one is not bad for the money. (WARNING 99% of the new SONY PS3 controllers on ebay are cheep knock offs)

As I wait for PS5s to become easily available (ha) Im trying to catch up on my PS3 and 4 backlog. But my last Dualshock 3 is on its last leg. And while you can certainly use DS4s on a PS3, the PS button doesnt function, and LT and RT dont always work.

Auto shut off feature makes this controller useless.

I generally like buying a third-party products especially electronics and I read a review before purchasing the controller and it shutting off by itself and I was leery but I gave it a try and I love it yes it turns off at about 5 minutes as far as i can tell but its saved the battery from dying after a day of use like my old ps3 controller and its a Sony so I fully recommend this controller and the price is very good as I went to a retro shop and their 3rd party controllers were $29.99 hard no.

Better than paying $60 for a sony controller

Terrible battery life, malfunctions quite a bit, just bite the bullet and buy a more reliable controller. I want a refund but dont even want to bother with it.

I overall think it’s a good controller especially for the price. I honestly wouldn’t be able to tell you the difference between this one and an actual Sony one by just holding it… doesn’t feel cheap or light, feels about the same as regular ps3 controllers. My only complaint is the automatic off it has like hardwired into it because unless im missing it and maybe I am, I’ve never went as far as looking it back up and really searching further from what I’ve tried at home to turn it off in the controller settings which, I obviously cannot find anywhere but, it automatically shuts off when it’s not being used and im not kidding you I think it’s like 3-4 minutes max. I’m a smoker and regularly get up in the middle of a movie or show to walk into the next room and crack the back door to step out and smoke real quick and even when I feel like I was super fast anytime I leave it sit and come back, it’s still already off. And honestly I know it’s not the biggest deal that’s why I still gave it 4 stars..

this worked fine for a about a month .. and i dont play very often. the L3 and R3 buttons are very stiff which makes some game play hard, but now it wont work wirelessly at all. its fully charged but only works if plugged in.

This controller would have been perfect as it is very identical to the original controller. However, it will not connect wireless to my PS3. I contacted customer service and I did not receive a response. Absolutely disappointing...
