Yes it has little fans and yes, they turn. But they deliver only a BARELY perceptible air stream. They do NOTHING of any use, and certainly bear no resemblence to a CPAP machine. It is a complete waste of time and money.

Trash worthy. Does not work. No message. No heat. Waste of money!!!

I’m disappointed bc the ad says it comes with 50 pieces, but in fact only comes with 24. Or I only received 24. The product is great though.

oh my gosh. This is so small. I will try it to see if it helps but size is a great disappointment.
