Can the company send just an Allen wrench? We really like the kit but are having trouble installing due to no Allen wrench in the kit as promised. Disappointed. Weve tried several sizes we have around the house...is this metric?

Great value for the price! Easy to install and they seem sturdy. My kids love their new swingset!

We decided to make my 2 year old a play area for Christmas and she loves it! We still have to add the safety rope, but overall its great.

The spacing between the holes is different on a lot of the pieces. I used one piece to mark everything out, drilled holes, installed the threaded t-nuts… only to find our 2/3 of my pieces would not fit, the spacing for the mounting holes is too wide! Huge waste of time.

Very nice set for the price. Made a small wall for grandson. Only thing is I think the robe should be thicker and softer. But a good buy anyway.

Im guessing most people dont need directions to install these holds but some guidance would have been helpful. Also I could not find anything on the internet regarding the Topnew product in terms of instructions. Even a hint on the size of the bit needed so I didnt have to guess would have been helpful.

Worked perfectly for the DIY rock wall we built in the backyard for our boys!!

Installed in 5/4 x 6 deck board mounted on the side of our play set. Holds were strong enough to support my weight (200 lbs) without concern. I havent mounted the handle or rope yet but would expect the same quality. We were missing the 8mm allen wrench, however, the seller quickly helped to fix that.

Took less than an hour to install. The colors were very vibrant and the rope and hold seemed very sturdy. Overall...very pleased with the set.

I found these affordable and durable. They were a great add on for my 2yr olds playset.
