I thought I was buying again a product I had previously purchased and was happy with. Instead I got these. Paper thin. Not at all absorbent. A total waste of money, Very disappointed.

I love my Tork little paper towel dispenser, and have used it for several years. Ive bought the replacement towels over and over. I bought these kind of by accident, but this version of them is TERRIBLE. Im going to have to recycle them all, pretty much, because they are so thin, they dont even dry my barely wet hands. Im sorry I bought them.

These remind me of gas station paper towels or what was in my elementary school bathroom. Hard, not absorbent, kinda like drying my hands with a sheet of printer paper. I know most multi fold towels are cheap so I wasn’t expecting lush fabric, but even the Amazon basics ones we were using could dry my hands with one towel. I need three of these to dry my hands and even then I feel like I’m rubbing my hands with a contract. Will not purchase again.

I’ll continue to use until I run out, but the quality is much lower than what I’m used to purchasing. Very crinkly, cheap and thin - doesn’t do great at absorption, my staff usually needs to grab at least 2-3 to dry their hands.

Product is Great, 5 stars!! Buyer beware though, Amazon doesnt put it in a box it comes in the box of the towels which is exposed to air. If Amazon had delivered it on a rainy day the towels would have been ruined. But 5 star on the product so I highly recommend this seller.

They work but they’re strangely crispy feeling, not soft at all. Like drying your hands on ultra thin, cheap notebook paper. Won’t purchase again

Very thin, small size and are a dirty white in color. Not what I was expecting and would not recommend.
