All it was was a fan. Did not cool the way video described

Received a package at first from Amazon orders and received a non functional item, THE AFTER SALES DEPARTMENT called me personally and reviewed my query very well and in a great friendly manner and they were kind enough to ship me a new one with no cost at all, Thanks to the Torras team after sales department. Will definitely buy a newer version in future

When you are outside, your hands are full, and the heat and humidity is on the rise..this fan on a half moon ring puts some fresh air and circulation right where you need it. Keep your head and neck cool makes the rest of you a bit calmer and cooler. Works fine. Held up to an entire day at the amusement park. Kid tested, too.

I ordered one COOLIFY 2S, and it didnt turn on at all (it had that burned transistor smell). I returned it I got a second one, and it does what its advertised to do; Im happy with the cool feel. Ill test it some more, hope the battery lasts, and it doesnt break

When Florida vacation bound during the summer- staying cool is a necessity. My husband ordered his fan about a week before I ordered mine. I tried his on and immediately placed an order for another one. As someone who overheats easily, this is ridiculously amazing. With a battery life that stood up to hours on high at the theme parks I cannot recommend this enough!

Unlike other neck fans, this one feels solid and provides nearly instant cooling and connects and operated over bluetooth or the controls on its sides. It comes witha nice circular case and has a very solid dense feel. I immediately noted that this is heavier than I was expecting. I suspect that the quality of plastic used and battery density accounts for this, still I did not find the weight to be be too much once placed around my neck. Charging took < 1 hour, for it already contained a partial charge. I tested all selections, and found that the side pads did get either warm or cold very quickly once that mode was selected, though I can only personally see using the cold setting for some instant relief from the summer heat. I suspect that using the fan mode alone will allow it to run longer on a charge, though I did not run it long enough to see how battery capacity differs by mode selected. At the lowest setting, Gentle a conversation can still be had, though at the higher settings I will be wear headphones to block out the sound of the fans just below my ears. It is not that they would be loud to those around you, or make more noise than you would expect. This neck fan will be of great relief this summer while waiting for the house or car AC to kick in, taking a walk in the hottest parts of the day, or while mowing the lawn. Lots of use awaits it.

I absolutely love this personal AC w/ fan. But one side of it totally stopped working exactly 2 months after its arrival. I use it every day to walk in Florida, but would expect it to last longer than 2 months. Am ordering another. Fingers crossed, because it really does help me.

We have several to keep one charged at all times. Its a life saver for hot flashes or hot climates.

So far I have been extremely satisfied with the Coolify 2S. I was impressed with the immediate cool down, as I thought when the ad said cools in 1 second it was ad bravado, but I was pleased that it was actually true. Really like the fan power, and the Bluetooth capability is awesome. My wife and I was so impressed that she ordered a second one for her. I have used less expensive neck fans and none have shown the manufacture craftsmanship of this unit. I am looking forward to trying this during our Texas summer.
