I knew my screen needed changed but was very surprised by how much crispier the color and resolution were. Well worth the price if youre looking for a screen.

No issues! Easy to install! However it doesn’t have the black tape pre installed to cover the components on the flex so you just need to remove it from the old one to the new one! Didn’t remove screen film. Hope this helps!

My kids had a broken screen on their PSP. I tried to have it fixed, and the cost was more than a replacement. I wasnt willing to spend that kind of money on such an old game system, so I decided to try to replace it. I found a YouTube video and bought this. It took fifteen minutes, and the PSP works. Ive never done anything like this, but its a very simple fix. Five screws and a little metal strip hold the screen in. You do need a precision tool kit, but theyre cheap.

Ive bought 3 of these for the PSP 1000s and all worked great. The first time I bought one, due to user error, I cracked the screen because I used the wrong screw to secure the back plate to the chassis (battery side - 2 black screws nearest the UMD, one is longer than the other). The fix was to buy another replacement =)

Dropped this right into my psp 1000 and it looks great and the foam gasket is perfect. The gasket has a cut out for the square button to fully press and can be adjusted by sliding an exact-o blade under it if you dont place it perfectly the first time provided you dont push down on it hard when you apply it.
