I really like the structure, design, and materials of this bag. However, the video presentation led me to believe it would actually provide support for the items I place in it. The weight of my lap top and my iPad, in addition to my small handbag (all of which fit very nicely) caused the bag to fall over; it had no internal structure to maintain stability when setting the bag upright. Im VERY disappointed and will have to find something to replace it. Ive used it only once and hope that I can return it, in time. Night Owl

I ordered this bag as I hate carrying a backpack into a meeting for my laptop. This bag is all as it is described. I can carry files, laptop, iPad and miscellaneous items comfortably. Like the finish, it is easy to clean and the bag fits easily under the seat during flight. Great bag!

This was a gift. She loved it and says her laptop and a few personal items fit well in the bag. Its attractive and looks like it will hold up well.

Overall this does the job for me. I work as a therapist, but one who goes from place to place to meet with clients rather than having a specific office that I work out of - so I am on the go and need to carry things with me constantly. This works, and is good for the price. I wish it was a little sturdier, but I do feel I’ve gotten what I paid for.

Needs deeper pockets but overall worth the price

I am a teacher and I needed a sturdy and durable bag in order to carry all of my stuff back and forth. This bag is sturdy and carries a lot.

Bought the bag for work trip. I like that it’s collapsible, the size is perfect I was able to fit 2 laptops plus the rest of my work stuff. I like the removable strap, my bags tend to be heavy and straps normally rip easily so the added layer/support is great. Only downside the leather strap came unstitched almost immediately I went to hang it on a hook and it somehow got caught and stitching came undone had it for a week.

Perfect bag for work, school, trips to the library and really whatever you need. The nylon exterior repels liquids which as a boy Mom is huge for me! Its really pretty cute for a functional and affordable bag.

I ordered this bag after seeing multiple reviews with photos that had pockets, and a second compartment for an ipad inside of the bag. Sadly it seems I ordered it when they just changed it to a different design. The photo attached is the bag I received which has an inner zipper compartment and a padded laptop compartment only. I carried this bag with a 15in laptop. Surprisingly the straps did not dig into my shoulder considering it is less than 1in. Love the fabric since it comes wrinkle free. It does stand on its own which is a plus when dining out. The laptop compartment is on the looser side but I had a hydroflask in the bag that prevented the bag from tipping over. Overall great bag. I just really wanted the 3 inner pockets for keys, hand santizer and pens for easy access and to have an organized bag. I put those items in the zippered compartment and it did get mumble jumbled in there..... I did mention this to the company who ships the item and stated their design has changed. They offered me a refund. Hence 4 stars all together due to great customer service.
