Exactly as shown. Have ordered two as kids are a little rough with tablet. No issues to install or use. Would recommend. Update 11/9/16: Ordered another one. Easy to install as always. Just wondering why there is a white sticker in place of where Samsung should be printed. No issues with install or usage.

This was a very easy install! The product works like a champ although there are lines on the screen which arrived this way. You cant see them when the screen is detached and they only appear once the screen is illuminated and connected to the tablet. For my purposes, it is OK but I would not want this type of blemish on a device I planned to use more frequently.
