Touch Screen Replacement for i-Pad 7th 8th Generation Digitizer 10.2 2019 2020 with Home Button(Black)

Realized one of the connectors was damaged after I had installed it.. was a pain to take off in one piece after the fact.

Easy to install, however after 30 days, the bottom half of the touchscreen would not work. Had to order another replacement screen by a different brand.

The glass fit perfect but this repair is not for the the faint of heart! Dealing with little shards of glass, glue, tiny connectors and watched a couple different videos on YouTube (that are close but not exact) took about 1.5 hours to do it.

These are good quality parts some of the best compared to other stuff being sold here I appreciate the seller and will continue to do business with thank you

The screen worked out, but it’s too costly for what it is. The tools were poor quality.

Gotta be careful not to sever the flat cable for the touch id, this one comes with just a home button so make sure you replace you original home button with the touch id chip with this one I got a defective one and seller sent me a new one which worked immediately! Thanks

This display is good quality and mine came in really secure packaging to prevent damage. Replacing this iPad screen can easily result in home button damage and this screen includes a home button which makes it easier. Only thing to keep in mind is that if you replace the home button on an iPad, Touch ID will no longer work, but thats an apple issue not an issue with the part. The home button makes this part a lot easier to install, and install well, than a lot of other options.

My grandson has broken his screen 3 times and we have replaced it with this product which is much cheaper then paying to have it replaced.

What more can I say, break your iPad 7 screen and want to fix it yourself? Get ready to put in the effort to disassemble, clean (glass and sticky glue residue everywhere) and assemble again. Not for the faint of heart, but the screen looked and worked like new when I was done.

Ive never replaced a broken screen before but easy to install. I watched a YouTube video while doing it.
