Greater than one weekThese are just too long for most babies I would consider preemies. I did give some passing consideration to just cutting and hemming them, as they are cute and soft. Oh, well. I do not understand companies thinking a preemie is up to 21 long. That, for the width, would be a very very long thin child. If you dont mind the length, I think they would be a good value.
