> 24 hourThis ice boot is GREAT!!!! Definitely beats cold hosing! The boot gets very cold in the freezer, I wrap this around my mare’s arthritic knee for 15-20 minutes and her arthritic limping improves after using this ice pack every time. I love it so much that I may purchase a second one!! It has truly made such a HUGE DIFFERENCE in my mares arthritis.

> 24 hourTook a chance on purchasing a used discounted priced one of these and I am quite happy I did. It so far seems made to be pretty durable. Freezes up nicely, remains to be flexible once frozen so wrapping around horses leg is easy. The 4 straps keep it snug in place and stays cool/frozen for the 10-15 minutes that I have needed to use it.

> 24 hourThey are awesome for anything from the knee to the lower leg/hoof area that needs to be iced! I have them on one of my horses right now! The velcro and the stretch on the ice wraps are strong and durable. They don’t take up too much space in the freezer and both the horse and pony that I’ve used them on haven’t minded them a bit! They are easy to put on and take off, I highly recommend these to everyone who has horses!

> 24 hourI purchased these wraps to help my 31 year-old quarter horse feel more comfortable, as he has arthritis in both knees. The wraps get really cold when placed in the freezer, and they are pretty easy to place on the legs. After 20 minutes of wearing the wraps, the knees and lower legs are ice cold when the wraps are removed. So far, I really like these wraps. I have not had them long enough to comment on durability or how long they will last.

> 24 hourI bought this for my horse who had swollen legs for no apparent reason (turned out to be allergies). I was cold hosing and this was supplementing that treatment. I found it worked better over a cold water bandage and a wet leg on my horse. However, I found an alternate use for this that I was thrilled with. During the time I was treating my own horse, I was unfortunately in the path of someone elses horse that they were selling. I got knocked down and my leg suffered a nasty laceration and bruising from mid foot to knee. While I was hosing my horses leg, on a whim, I decided to wrap my own leg with this and it was just the best ice treatment ever! No wrapping an ice pack on and fruitlessly trying to hold it with ace bandages. This thing, with its strong velcro straps, stayed right where I put it. I could ice my leg and walk at the same time. Ill never be without one of these ice boots in my freezer, ready to treat my horse or myself.

> 24 hourI currently have a gelding with a torn suspensory so this are vital for his rehab but I’ve used these for years to reduce swelling on horses that are prone to stocking up or after hard workouts. I wish the gel remained softer rather than freezing into giant ice cubes but the fabric is thick enough that it won’t cause burning. They will slide down eventually if your horse moves around quite a bit but I don’t have any issues with them coming undone.

> 24 hourIts hard to find products that fit draft horses. The elastic straps on these are long enough to fit around a large draft horses legs. Keep one in the freezer for emergencies.

> 24 hourVery durable but the gel packs dont stay cold long in 76 to 80° weather not to mention how long they might last during a normal Texas or Florida summer.
