> 3 dayLooking for a big but not massive backpack for school and picked this because it was 18.4 inches, it was perfect. So big, it can fit a huge snow coat and fit all folders and notebooks and still have tons more storage. This made it very heavy, but the thick massage shoulder pads made this at least only 3/4 the overall weight. Great purchase.

> 3 dayI have a similar backpack just for my weekly commute for work. I bought this one for an international trip. It is perfect for travel. I didnt take my computer but the tablet pocket is very well padded. There is plenty of compartments for all your different items to keep them sorted. The only thing I would change could be the attachment loops, I would make them horizontal instead of vertical. That way the items you clip (in my case water bottles) arent all bunched together. Otherwise, I dont see any design flaw with this backpack. I cant answer on durability as Ive only had it 6 months. In that short time Ive had no problems with construction and durability, but I dont know how it will be in the long term

> 3 dayThe bag with the orange or red accent lines is the bad I ordered. The bag that is all black and looks NOTHING like the one I ordered is the one that arrived in the mail. I even rechecked the address on the box to make sure it was my address, it was. The picture of the USB port is what is on the bag. It looks as though the inside piece is missing. USB ports on bags usually have a plug that the USB can attach into. This one has only the outside cover. I have no way of contacting the actual seller to request a replacement so I will make this one work but I am quite disappointed at the product that was sent verses the product that I thought I was buying. The bad that was sent looks sturdy and it is heavy even with nothing inside it. Order at your own risk. I am wondering if someone who ordered this bag got mine instead. UPDATE: In writing the above review, the seller was able to contact me and offer a refund for the bag I paid for but never received. I am thankful for the quick response and their generosity. Because of that, I changed my review from 3 stars to 4 stars. Thank you.

> 3 dayOnly used daily for 1 week so this is just first impressions but what a great backpack! Really, really nice quality. Didnt expect this level of quality at this price. It is SUPER large, almost too big but its advertised as extra large. Lots of pockets which is why I got it. Got the extra warranty but dont think Ill need it. Recommended!

> 3 dayI can easily have a backup set of clothes and toiletries along with my laptop in this pack. Its HUGE. Only item that is not great is the strap on the back. It doesnt keep the pack in place when slid onto the handle of a roller bag. If you wear it, its amazingly cushioned and comfortable, so I just wear it.

> 3 dayI had the first one replaced within a couple of weeks of owning it. Now the replacements chest strap is done. I probably should sign up to be a tester for the company as I fill the bag daily and ride a bike all day. The one positive is the backpack is huge and can carry a lot of stuff. I wish they would match the capacity to its straps and threading. A double zig zag pattern on the thread would actually work better on the straps considering the material used.
