So maybe Im doing this whole potty training thing wrong, but everyone that uses these potty seats on public toilets where the child is all the way in the back...I cant make that work without removing my sons clothes or having his legs sticking straight out. Im not stripping him, aint nobody got time for that and the ewww potential is way too high. Not only that, but he isnt doing his business without some bend at the knees. Cue this seat. Hallelujah. It has the little tabs to secure its position and only sits back a couple inches - so he can bend his legs and maintain a normal seated type posture. That being said, my son is short, so I assist him on and off... so I cant speak to how sturdy or secure the positioning is since the maneuvering variable is removed. Again, Ive had no issues and Im very pleased. The splash guard is a life (and pants) saver. HOWEVER, since its a clip-on/click-in, it is not leak proof. Nothing a little pre-emptive tissue cant accommodate. It has a gridded pattern in the plastic on the underside thats easy to clean. A quick tissue/ wipe or a sink rinse if you prefer and voila... back in the handy dandy bag. Folds nicely. Saves space. Not as conspicuous as pulling a whole a$$ toilet seat out of your purse. Before, public outings were stressful for both of us because he was too intimidated/uncomfortable to use the big potty. Not anymore!

Little confused about the usage of the pop out tabs on the inner side. I assume its to keep the seat stable but they dont seem to do much at least on our toilets. Overall though, great little seat. Perfect for traveling and sticking it the diaper bag when going to church or grandparents houses. Love that it comes with a bag to keep everything else in the diaper bag clean. Our son likes to use it even his small training toilet when at home (so doesnt work well there but he gets the point of it and likes it that much!). The cute owl is probably more for me than him but it makes it more fun. Overall, seems sturdy enough and works for us!

My boy likes it. We were out of country, it helped us. It’s foldable and durable also.

We loved this product for the convince in public with our three year old, however the seat snapped after two months of use. Our daughter only weighs 28th and we expected it to last for a while.

I’m using this for little guy and it’s easy to fold and unfold. It’s thin and for boys it had the front for “spacing” to allow little boys aim to pee better into the toilet rather than a full circle or oval like most potty seats. I like that it comes with a little bag so you can just put in your baby bag and go out so that your little one can feel comfortable and safe to use it at public toilets. I recommend getting some Wet Ones Antibacterial wipes to wipe it off between each use when out in public.
