> 24 hourThe size is perfect. Used as a carry on personal bag to carry my makeup, passports, wallet, etc. It was pretty full and fit under the seat in front of me in the plane. Im short so for some tall it might be uncomfortable. It fit a ton of things and doubled as my beach bag once we got to our destination. Now been using for work to carry lunch, shoes, water, wallet, etc. Holds a ton and easy to carry. The shoulder pad is coming off, but didnt offer much pad. Can use without it fine.

> 24 hourI LOVE this bag so much! It really holds a lot of items and works well with the small and medium packing cubes by Amazon. The pocket on the back is zippered on the top and bottom so you can use it as a pocket, or unzip both and use it to slip over the handle on your rolling carry on. Because the bag is soft sided its nicely fit under the seat on every flight Ive been on (Delta, Alaska, and Southwest). The front exterior pocket is deep enough that I feel secure in popping my passport and phone in there when going through airport security and out to my gate where I can the rearrange my travel documents and phone to safer places. I almost want to buy another one of these bags in case this one ever wears out! I like it that much!

> 24 hourI had been searching for some time now for a rugged, yet classy-styled, carry-on shoulder tote bag. I wanted to use it specifically for air travel & required the measurements to completely fit under the passenger seat in front of me. The size is absolutely perfect! It has a pocket on the side that slides right over the pull-out flex handle on my wheeled carry-on and sits securely on the case making towing a real snap; this bag is very lightweight as well. It also has an outside zippered pocket on the opposite side. It has two large pockets on the inside for cell phone, calculator, glasses, etc., w/two pen pockets. There is a removable, snapping laptop insulator. The arm & shoulder straps worked terrific. Only one complaint, there is a large inside zippered pocket which would be perfect for documents, but the zipper was very cheap & broke upon its first use - the only disappointing factor about this otherwise terrific travel tote. It is waterproof & holds a ton! I would highly recommend this bag for all types of travel!
