> 24 hourI wanted to use this product for travel to cover my suitcase, but I am unable to due to the fact that the zipper is not sewn correctly. The zipper part is flipped up when it should be down for an easy zip and the other part is turned the wrong way therefore leaving it hard for the zipper to catch and unusable. I cant use this cover because of that fact. I have contacted the seller and sent pictures so they can send me a replacement or send my money back. They want me to upload videos for some reason I am not able to do so. I explained that I am unable to upload the video. Why cant I just send it back for a replacement and they can see for themselves what the dect is. They still wont give me money back nor send a replacement. I have never had a problem with a seller before because if something is defective I should be able to exchange it or send it back for my money back. The pictures above should show what the complaint is. I have other covers and none of them have this problem. This has been bad customer service because I am stuck with a cover I cant use and cant get my money back.

> 24 hourFits really well has a soft smooth fabric. My suitcase is 29 inches the cover is a Large up to 30 inches I wish it would’ve been an extra large for extra safety reasons but this will do!! Other than that I do enjoy it!
