Overall the bag is great: quality construction, nice leather accents, sturdy telescopic handle - just aesthetically pleasing and very well made. However, there is room for improvement and some missed opportunities to make it even better than it is: 1. The inside flap should have two mesh pockets, not just one! It is inexplicable to me why Travelpro decided not to include a second one below the existing one: there is room for it and it would be extremely helpful to store additional items - why pass on this opportunity??? 2. The extension panel should have two (instead of one) buckle straps so if you want to use the panel for an extra pair of pants or a couple of t-shirts, the two straps would help keep them in place. 3. The outside pocket should have a built-in organizer for passports, pens, business cards, phone, etc. (not essential, but it would be a convenient feature). So, all in all I am happy with this bag, but a little more attention to detail and a few minor tweaks would go a long way to make it so much better.

I travel for a living inside the US and Canada. I have flown as much as 130,000 miles in a year. Luggage is very important to me. Traveling with business clothes is very difficult. I carry a steamer with me because my clothes come out of my Briggs and Riley Baseline, very wrinkled. This bag lays out flat with connected zippers to open the hanging clothes area. There are several small pockets inside and one larger one outside. I cannot get everything I would need for a trip in this bag, but with this checked or carried on, a second carry on would be sufficient. Travel Pro is one of the top manufacturers and this bag shows why. Highly recommended.

Great carry-on suiter perfect for week-end trips. Holds a lot and there is cushioning inside to protect your belongings. Be prepared to have to gate-check it on regional gets with limited overhead bin space. I would have given it 5 stars, but the corners are not rounded enough and the zipper always ends up getting stuck. Not bad enough to not use the bag, though -- you just need to be very careful when sliding the zipper around the corners. Thats the only complaint I have for this otherwise excellent suiter.

The bags shell is fine but the zipper is worst. Its really frustrating to open or close the bag. You almost to use all your strength to close the bag.

The good: Perfect for suits, dress shirts, dresses, and other formal clothing. Perfect fit in overhead as a carry on item. The bad: Very awkward when rolling as compared to spinner carry ons. The zippers tend to get hung up and can be very difficult to zip open or closed near the clasp on both ends. VERY FRUSTRATING. Overall it is a very high quality piece of luggage. But you pay for the quality. The frustration with the zipper prevents me from recommending this garment bag.

This is a good quality suitcase. It’s great for traveling when you need a suit or a nice dress. It won’t keep out every wrinkle but it goes a long way towards preventing them. For a wedding weekend when I need a long dress I pack the dress with my other clothing folded into it so the skirt it laying smooth and not bunched up. There’s enough room in the suitcase for it to be packed in that manner as well as for a toiletrry bag and a couple pairs of shoes.

Great for a 3 ish day trip. Does a fairly decent job with larger suits. I’m 6’6 and wear extra long suits. Minimal room for shoes but can work. The telescoping handle could be a touch longer, evidenced by I have to wheel the bag to the side and not directly behind otherwise it will hit my heel when I walk. It fits well in the overhead bin as advertised. If you overpack, it may not for as well.

I have never owned such a nice case. I have a great suitcase I’ve used for probably 10 years that has held up through all sorts of strain, weather, and cobblestones, and I really don’t think anything is ever going to beat that case, but I’m hoping this one will come close. First, it’s a full-size bag. Because its short I was thinking it was smaller, but it’s just sideways long instead of tall. It rolls with the weight close to the ground, making it easy to pull, easy to rest. The wheels are slick and effortless. The inside is super lovely. Compartments for everything! If you are going to a wedding or event, you would reduce stress by packing your clothes in this bag. The only thing I don’t particularly care for are the zippers and the layout of the zippers. So, you have to unzip it part way, then unfold it, then get the zippers around the corners to unzip the rest of the way, and that’s where it is a bit stiff and annoying. The zippers themselves seem high quality but they also run stiff, I hope this loosens up as I use them. Oh, and the handle hides away! It’s great. It expands and contracts so… smoothly. It’s beautiful.

I bought this one because I was in a hurry and I regret it so much! The design of this expensive garment bag is extremely flawed. They should have included 4 wheels instead of only two. They could have also changed the orientation so that the wide part is in vertical position when closed. I kept hitting people in the airport with it because of its width. All in all, I hate this bag and I will definitively get a new one with 4 wheels and a better design. Don’t risk it. Save some money and get a better garment bag.
