Trend Micro Antivirus+, 1 User [Key Code]

I have used trend micro for years have no problems have had no problem with internet security or viruses

My Trend antivirus software upgraded itself, and I didnt know about until I was prompted to restart my computer. Now, the updated software pins itself to my taskbar whenever I start the computer. A retro 1990s animation effect was also added to the main console and does nothing for me other than increase the time it takes to access the console (there is a checkbox to disable it, but it doesnt work). I contacted support about the taskbar issue, but they were of no help. There was a thread on the community.trendmicro.com site with posts from other users having the same problem. Trend apologized for the problem and said they were working on a solution, but now that thread has been replaced with a 404 page. I get the impression that they just want to sweep this bug under the rug.

I used this product on my PC in 2018 and have just installed it for 2019. It was easy to install and provided exactly protection for my computer. It does the job without being overly intrusive. I recommend it.

I am sure it works well as an Anti-Virus program, didnt have any issues with virus for the 3 months I had it installed, but had to uninstall the program due to the overly intrusive, extra-large, constant notifications. Everything has a large Pop-Up notification that takes up 1/6th of your screen and you have to click it to make it go away. Even when you click on the Do Not Show Again, they still pop-up. Monthly report pop-ups, a pop-up that it cant connect to the server when you are offline (it cant figure out that your wi-fi is off or you are in airplane mode, it still has a pop-up that you have to click on), a pop-up notification when you run a program that it doesnt recognize and thinks is a game that Mute Mode is turned on. Sure, you can disable or turn-off the notifications, but only for 24 hours. You have to keep configuring the Mute Mode or get bombarded with annoying pop-up notifications that do not provide any relevant or useful information. Stay away from this product!
