> 24 hourI received this umbrella just in time for Los Angeles’ once or twice a year torrential rain storms. It performed extremely well in driving rain, strong winds, and even a tiny bit of hail. I’ve never had a vented umbrella but now that I’ve used this one, I can’t imagine why it’s not a more common feature. It was great not having my umbrella invert itself like I was an unwitting participant in a Charlie Chaplin film. The automatic open and close feature is delightfully bougie, although if you’re not careful about where you’re aiming the wet umbrella during closure, this will fling a good bit of water at you. I recommend holding it out in front of you and not at all above you while closing. If you’re feeling feisty, aim it at a friend or foe and enjoy their dousing. The umbrella is sturdy with very flexible ribs and durable fabric. It feels like it’ll last me for years and years. The only minor issue I have is that once it was opened, I’ve been unable to get it bundled tightly enough to fit back into the fabric sleeve for storage. Not a big issue to me though and I enjoy the umbrella very much. I’ll be buying more of these for the rest of my family because I’m not sharing this one.

> 24 hourItem: Trenovo Travel Inverted Umbrella - 10 Ribs Automatic Folding Reverse Umbrella Price (at time of review *): $16.99 (* Note that I receive some items at discounted or zero cost through Amazon Vine participation. The price indicated is the purchase price, with or without discounts, as advertised on the product page at the time this review is posted) Pros: Umbrella is a good material and while not large, certainly with enough coverage for a single person to get to and from the car on a rainy day. It comes with a cover and a velcro strap to keep it compact when not in use. Once removed, there is a button on the base that quickly and effectively opens it fully, so you wont be fiddling with it (and getting wet) while stepping out of your vehicle. When you are inside again, it also closes at the push of a button (at least partially), though it will take a bit longer to push it back into the base, tighten the strap and re-affix the cover. It is well made and the material seems like it will last a bit, so long as the conditions you use it in are reasonable. Cons: Just takes a bit to get it back in its pouch, but no more so than similar models. Ratings (1-10 scale; 0 = Very poor, 5 = Average, 10 = Exceptional) Quality: 8 Value (based on purchase price of $16.99): 7 Utility: 8 Overall: 7.5 Hopefully you found this review helpful in identifying the best product to meet your needs.

> 24 hourI recently purchased this folding umbrella and it has quickly become one of my go-to essentials. The compact design makes it easy to carry in my bag and the automatic opening feature makes it a breeze to use. The canopy is made of high-quality material that provides excellent coverage and protection from rain. The umbrella is also very durable and well-constructed, I can tell it will last me a long time. I highly recommend this folding umbrella to anyone in the market for convenient and reliable rain protection.

> 24 hourMy wife got an Inverted umbrella through a work promotion. Hers is full length. It doesnt fold down as compact as this one. We found it very useful, especially when getting in a car with a wet umbrella. I wanted something to keep in my own vehicle the majority of the time. I ordered this because it is inverted and because it is more compact. Doesnt take up much room when not in use. This is pretty substantial. Has some heft to it, but good coverage too. Single pushbutton release to open, and it it is quick. Dont blink or you will miss it, and dont be pointing it towards anyone when you hit that button. Has a bit of force to it too when trying to close it back up. Push from the top. Has a hook and loop strap to hold it closed. It is hard to get back in the bag though, but I will probably not even bother since the strap keeps it closed anyway. Yeah, I thought it was a little expensive when I ordered it, but this isnt some cheap frail semi disposable umbrella so I actually think it is worth it. I am pretty happy with it and would recommend it.

> 24 hourThis is a Trenovo automatic open/automatic close Unisex travel umbrella. When folded, it measures 12.6 inches long and 2 inches in diameter. It is lightweight black pongee with a matching slip-in case (1.2lbs). It has a generous 46” span when open. There is a wrist strap on the handle to help prevent loss. To open the umbrella, first pull off the nylon cover, disconnect the Velcro closure, clear a 3 foot circle around yourself, and press the “^ or open” arrow on the handle. The umbrella springs out and is now fully operational. To close the umbrella, push the “down or v” button on the handle. Once the umbrella is partly retracted, a very firm push on the center is required to reduce the length to the starting size. Give the umbrella a few spins to even out the pleats, gather the pleats clockwise and set the Velcro closure. To replace the cover, tighten the pleats with one hand while drawing the cover over the dry umbrella. Slide the cover down evenly over the hand-compressed pleats. This umbrella is strong and well made. The high quality and high density 210T “pongee” material is water repellent. Unfamiliar with pongee, I investigated “pongee” on the internet. I discovered that pongee is a “durable and strong silk-like material.” More importantly, “The best quality umbrellas are made of pongee.” Ten reinforced fiberglass ribs on a strong, powder-coated steel shaft support the extra-large, double-vented canopy. Venting allows wind to pass through the center of the umbrella, without turning the umbrella inside-out or breaking it. There is a highly reflective strip along the bottom edge of the canopy for greater safety at night and in low-visibility rain. Fully closing the umbrella may be difficult for children and seniors. Otherwise, this is an ideal solution to using an umbrella in confined spaces. This umbrella makes a great and useful gift. Excellent value for the money. Highly Recommended.

> 24 hourI love how fast this umbrella deploys and Ive never had one that will fold up again by the push of a button. Its a nice size and weight, but I would have given it a perfect 5-star review if it wasnt for the sleeve it comes in. I like having something like that to keep it in when it is in my car, but it is very difficult to get the umbrella back in its sleeve once it has been deployed.

> 24 hourThe Trenovo Travel Inverted Umbrella is a option for those in need of a rain umbrella. The 10 ribs of the umbrella provide added strength and support, which should make it resistant to strong winds and heavy rain. The automatic folding feature also adds to the convenience and ease of use of the umbrella, as it can be easily opened and closed with one hand. One of the standout features of the Trenovo umbrella is its unique inverted design, which allows for easy storage and prevents water from dripping onto the user when closing the umbrella. The reflective material on the canopy also adds an extra level of safety when using the umbrella at night or in low light conditions. The double vented canopy allows for added airflow, further reducing the likelihood of the umbrella flipping inside out in high winds. The canopy is also made from waterproof and UV resistant material, providing added protection from the elements. Overall, the Trenovo Travel Inverted Umbrella is a great choice for those in need of a durable, reliable rain umbrella. Its unique inverted design, automatic folding feature, and added safety features make it stand out from other options on the market. This review was made from second hand information found online.

> 24 hourI had an original inverted umbrella but lost it. It was long and not easy to carry. This one will fit in my purse. I used first time the other day and it really opens up big and opens fast. Also closes fast, keep your finger out of the way. The little bag that it is supposed to fit in is useless because it is way too small and did not fit in all the way. That doesn’t matter to me though. Happy with it so far

> 24 hourThis is a great umbrella. Folds up easy. Very easy to get the wrap around snapped. It is large to cover you from the rain, but compact to put away. I use it in the snow also. Well made and all stitching is down correctly. Fits well in the car. I highly recommend.
