This is a great travel umbrella. It is very sturdy and has a pretty design on the underneath side of the umbrella. The only down side I can find is that that the body of the umbrella is very thick. The length is not long but the body is thick. I cannot fit it in the outside side pocket of my umbrella which is where I had hoped to store it for our trip. I do have smaller hands and I cannot wrap my hand around the body.

This little umbrella is so pretty and it definitely handles some wind! The day this arrived in the post it started storming. Ive had rain and wind off and on for three days now, so Ive been putting this through its paces. Its easy to extend and retract, the cover keeps it clean and safe, and when its open its beautiful. I love that from the outside its just a simple black umbrella, but from underneath it has this gorgeous print. Its something I wouldnt have thought of, but looking up at it just makes me happy. I cant believe how pretty and well made this umbrella is considering its available at such a reasonable price!

I absolutely love the starry night design on the interior of this umbrella. There are plenty of spokes to keep it upright, and the button on the handle makes it easy to open and close. Once opened, the umbrella no longer seemed to fit in the holder, although the velcro strap was perfectly sized to keep the umbrella properly closed. The handle is too thick for my small hands, but the shorter umbrella stem, keeps the umbrella covering closer to my head, and thus tends to keep the wind and rain away from my face. As others have mentioned, the lack of a vent tends to make it more vulnerable to wind, but it is somewhat counterbalanced by the extra spokes and shorter stem. This umbrella will be a treat to use while walking my dog in the rain.

Purchased this for an upcoming trip. Advertised as 0.39 pounds under Folding Umbrella Features. It arrived today and I knew it was much heavier than that. Weiged it on my kitchen scale and it weighed in at 0.875 pounds. I will be returning it.

Weve all had umbrellas that break because of wind. Well, this Trenovo umbrella is made much stronger. You can see the extra reinforcements in the ribs. I havent tested it in 45mph wind as the description indicates its able to withstand. I think, at that kind of wind speed, I wouldnt be able to hold on to the umbrella any more, even with the rubber grip. It has an easy open and close button. Push the button, it opens up. Push the button again, it closes. Then just push it back in to lock in place for storage. It comes with a pouch, but I found it a little hard to put the umbrella back in after openings. Its pretty tight. But, the umbrella itself has a velcro strap to keep it from flaring out. It opens up to 42 inches, which is not on the big side. Its good for 1 person, or 2 smaller people. Its not big enough to cover 2 bigger people.

This small travel umbrella is sturdy and feels well-made. I prefer the larger golf-size umbrellas, but this one is much smaller and good for one person to use in the rain. A single push button to open the umbrella works very well. The auto-close button works, but there is one caveat. If you push the down button to close, you must push it all the way down before expanding it back into use. Not a big deal, but worth noting if you change your mind about putting the umbrella away and quickly decide you still need to use it. Ive always had good luck with Totes, and this seems worth a try.

While this might not be the most compact umbrella (it is still small), it is definitely one of the most well-built umbrellas Ive encountered. The inner ribs are reinforced with metal rods, and the stitching is top-notch. It takes a little bit of work to get it back in the travel bag, but its doable. I really like the cloud pattern on the inside panels. Great to keep in the car!

This is a nice looking umbrella that does what it should. Tried it out today during a brief rainstorm. Its easy to open and close and is wide enough to cover me. There wasnt a lot of wind to check out how windproof it is but its extremely sturdy so it should do well. Im happy with it.

This is a really awesome umbrella. It is lightweight and super easy to hold. It opens and closes super easily - with just a click of a button!! It is extremely sturdy and able to withstand heavy winds, but without compromising the fact that it is a super nice looking umbrella!! It is black on top, but what you see, the bottom side of the umbrella is a nice blue sky with nice white fluffy clouds!! ( So even if its raining outside, it is still looking really nice while your holding your umbrella, a Beautiful sky (; ) It functions great and should last a ling time- it comes with a nice case too, but always make sure the umbrella is completely dry before putting it into a case... All in all- this is a super fantastic umbrella. and is recommended!!

Ordered this for next years rainy season as had our smaller one give up the ghost in this years crazy winter weather. Seems well made and opens and closes easily with push of the button. Im not sure how windproof it is since it doesnt have a vent but guess well see how it does next winter. Right now its a thumbs up.
