They fit perfectly his tiny butt and are very soft. Worked amazing on his first accident, absorbed everything, leaving his clothes dry. Verry happy with the purchase, will be definitely order again and recommend to everyone.

Greater than one weekI was not pleased with these underpants. They are made of a stiff foam like center that does not hold water well. Not a good option if you ask me. I returned the set I bought. Additionally, as noted by other reviewers, they do smell of chemicals...I presume from the foam like core used.
