I just needed some solid simple 6ft USB cables and these were priced and reviewed quite well at the time of my need. So far zero issues. I was having an issue with the stock Scarlet cable that prompted my rearranging of my setup where it would loose power every few minutes and so far two weeks later such issue has not happened again. So yeah solid USB cables if you want/need one for a dac.
