I got this for my French Bulldogs who are always itching for various reasons and have short smooth coats. (Their problems are fleas, too much detergent left in bedding causing skin irritation,too much soap residue, sometimes mild fungus infections, burning themselves on heating vents for warmth etc.) They always have dry or itchy skin so oatmeal and tea tree are perfect ingredients. A small amount makes a low suds instantly so it washes like soap but it raise those little fleas up instantly! Pick them off and drown them! Fleas seem hard to get rid of these days so if you want to wash them out-this works great. Must be the tea tree oil which is toxic to dogs and cats in high quantities but I am sure the concentration is low in this product! The smell is nice and mild so if you do not like the smell of dog shampoo this works. You wont really smell it on your dog unless you smell for it but it gets rid of smelly dog smell just like any shampoo. I also use a water bowl additive from this company (Tropiclean) that is working on bad breath so they seem reliable!

I have used this brand shampoo for years and my doggie never has a reaction to it and she gets clean

Not good for my German Shepherd irritated his skin. I do not like any Tropiclean products, they are all junk. Buy at your own risk & dont cry later.

Best flea and tick shampoo I have used. You can just watch the fleas die and fall off right before your eyes. Has a pleasant citrus smell.

This is a great shampoo, but you have to remember that its in a concentrated form so be sure to add plenty of water after applying it.This is a great brand, and I have been using it for several years.I have had good results using it.buying it in a big container is economical as well.Just be sure to buy the pump when you order this. They are inexpensive, I picked up two for less than $10 including shipping..I have a sheltie, and it makes his coat look really good.This company also makes SPA brand dog shampoo which is also good.

I am a returning customer. Finished the first gallon, then tried another brand of pet shampoo and regretting buying something else. This has a wonderful smell, but not too strong. Excellent lather that gets out the dirt. Everyone loves hugging our collie after a bath with this shampoo!
