TRUEplus® Glucose Tablets, Raspberry Flavor - 50ct

I.am.type 2 diabetic. I use glucose tablets when my glucose drops below a certain reading. Great and easy to have for an emergency. Have used this product for years.

Nothing I liked it

Product is great. All six came in a single box and were a little cheaper than at the pharmacy. They taste more like fruit punch than actually raspberry but I don’t mind at all. I like them and am glad to have them. Shipping was delayed a day and that is my only complaint.

Product tastes O.K. but it would be much better with an improved flavor.

These are great. Keep in mind, they do require require you to eat FOUR of them for the recommended dosage/effects. This could have been a bit more clear upfront, but nonetheless, they serve the purpose and do it pretty well. Taste is good - considering the product type, I cant imagine the taste could be made much better without unhealthy additives. My T1D wifey appreciates them!

Tablets are tasty and easy to store and transport.

I got these for my diabetic father who often had the bad habit of taking his meds but waiting too long to eat. He goes about his business until whoops, his blood sugar low and hes shaking. These taste great (I will get low blood sugar occasionally even though Im not diabetic), and will get some glucose in your blood stream quickly. The process seemed to be really good too.

A few years ago all the glucose tablets at Rite Aid, Target, etc., suddenly had ramped up flavor and extra coloring. I suspect all the different store brands come from the same source. But Discount Drug Mart continued with the same mildly flavored, not deeply colored tablets. These True Plus brand, which is carried by Discount Drug Mart, have a mild flavor which is very nice when low blood sugar is causing greatly increased taste sensitivity. I like orange best, raspberry for a switch. I refill small tubes from the big bottles so they can be with me wherever I go. The price here is reasonable. Other sellers are asking way too much. Generally around $4 or $5.00 for 50 tabs is the best you can do.
