> 3 dayI do know that this is very good ink. I it in a have a small cube and decided it was time to get the full sized pad. This ink makes clear, crisp images. I really like ink pads that have luds that stay attached. I am guessing they are just updating this to stack with their other ink pads, like Momento and StazOn. I dont really care for the lid from the Momento ink pad. No matter how clean I try to keep the edges around the pad itself, if I happen to place it on my table label side up, I get an inky mess left in the shape of the lid. Since the VersaFine is a more permanent ink, I really would rather have had the other lid. Im sorry I waited so long to get the full sized pad. I am going to return it and stick with my little cube.

> 3 dayI have some highly detailed stamps and this is the recommended in for those. Works great and is very black! You have to either emboss it or let it completely dry because it will smudge if you are not careful. Its definitely a keeper in my stash.

> 3 dayI love love LOVE this ink! This is the second black ink pad Ive purchased and itll likely be the last because its just perfect! Very crisp, fast dry time (unless its vellum- then I add clear embossing powder and heat set- but ink on vellum takes forever to dry in general) and best of all, it doesnt stick to acrylic stamps! I had another brand of in that literally ruined several of my acrylic stamps- by ruined I mean, turned them black for all time, so theyre still useable, just not nearly as pretty and when the whole darn stamp is opaque, it takes away the handy-ness of having see-through stamps to begin with! However, with this ink, it seems to wipe right off with little or no leftovers on your stamp (yay!). I would highly recommend this black ink- it would be a great addition to any ink collection!

> 3 dayThis inkpad is beautiful, but it doesnt actually dry all that fast, at least not on absorbent paper. I am stamping the backs of little photos printed on a matte card-stock-type paper, tried it out on one last night and it seemed to be great, perfect details and quick drying... until this morning when I touched it to see if it had actually totally dried and little droplets of ink came off on my fingers. Luckily its dried to the point of not being smeary, but that was a disappointment, because I dont know just how long it will take if overnight was not enough. It is a huge improvement over regular pigment inkpads in terms of drying though!

> 3 dayI love detail in my art work. this is the best ink pad I have for nice strong black to be used with very fine lines in a stamp. for example I have a very old stamp with Victorian like basket with a mixture of lovely flowers flowing out of it. it was getting kind of muddy when I stamped it with other inks. this pad worked perfectly and gave me room to color and shade the backet and the flowers.

> 3 dayIt is so important to use the proper ink when stamping. This ink is intended for use with fine detailed stamps on PAPER. It is permanent, dries fast and is waterproof. You can use blending and coloring pens with Versafine.
