Glow in dark fabric paint didn’t work and fellow direction and not sure what went wrong. Not worth it !!!!

I was really excited about glow in the dark paint for our pumpkin ms this year and thought this paint would be great. It would have been perfect except for the fact that it did not glow!!! How disappointed we were.

Product was runny not like what I usually get from tulip. Disappointed

Very disapointed in this product. It doesnt glow at all it is a waste of money. I would not recommend this!!
