works fine to color sand.

We did purple and yellow shirts. The purple held up well. The yellow faded very badly. We followed all of the instructions and let them sit in a ziplock bag overnight to really soak in the colors. It still faded in the wash.

Nice bright yellow dye that has survived a number of washings without losing color quality. I used it to dye t-shirt fabric in a funky mottled pattern and it worked very well.

Like the dissolvable packets, color was very nice. We used on mostly cotton fabric shirts- worked great!

Not a big fan of tulip wont go with it again.

Bright, vivid color. Its easy to use. Just drop the per-measured packet into your dye bottle, add water, shake and its ready for use. No mess, no measuring. The color maintains its brightness after several washings.

I used this for shibori patterned pillow cases and to get deeper, more saturated color, I used all three dye packets in 8 ounces of water. Turned out awesome. The pillowcases have been through the wash once a week for several months and the color is still bright and saturated! The only issue was that the little dissolveable packets dont really dissolve well and if the undissolved parts get on your item it makes very dark color blotches. I recommend wearing DRY latex gloves, cutting the packets open over some newspaper, shaking the dye powder into your DRY dye bottle, then throwing the empty packet away along with the newspaper. If you do this while everything is dry the process is not messy. If your gloves or bottle are damp/wet, the packet will get sticky and make it difficult (and messy!) to get the dye powder out of the packet and into the dye bottle.

Its much nicer to order the dye this way when i need more . I dont need the whole kit sometimes

These are just the additional dye packets, so make sure you have the squeeze bottle for this. It made sure we had enough dye in our most used colors, but was a bit cumbersome to pour into the already used dye container. I would definitely purchase again for our most-user colors.

This was impossible to use bc the packet the dye came in was super soft and flimsy. I couldnt get it transferred to the bottle. The dye itself had a consistency that was not condusive to being poured into another container. It went everywhere. We even tried putting water in the packet to get it out and the packet had holes so again....dye everywhere. Very unhappy with this product.
