slippery like baking silicone items - not grippy. I guess it will provide some shock absorption, but I didnt want slick. It should have a more rubbery surface, not excited, but didnt return it either. They should have added some texture to the finish. The overall cut out and fit is good on a 64SX for all the ports and screen and antenna.
