A little goes a long way in cold processed soap. This is a lovely product

It’s golden yellow and doesn’t dissolve in soap making. It leaves a string in the soap and is unattractive...this is better off being used somewhere else and not for dissolving in soap making.

I am using the silk along with wool roving for some wet felting projects. Dyes well and looks great mixed in with the silk

Love it! Bought this to use in cold process soap. Made my first batch with it last night. Dissolved well, and it added a nice sheen to the soap.

It is just fine.
