I ordered this item due to the fact that the standard power cord that comes with most TVs are short and if you are trying to attach to a wall mount it doesnt quite reach the outlet. Its long enough for the mount to be fully extended. Glad they make a long version.

Was not the right length as described, same as original cord that came with TV, was not the 12 foot cord that I ordered, was only 6 foot. Was for my TV.
