lights didnt come on

Everything is great except the White button doesn’t work, it comes on blue. Even on the other setting there is no white

It’s cute and adds that color to the room, but the only colors mine makes is red, blue, and violet. That’s it. Not even a white color to it. About to just buy something else from another brand as this one lacked the amount of colors I wanted.

Perfect lights for lots of holidays. Great functions and has a timer as well!

Received in mail. Plugged in for maybe 3 secs and never saw light again. These thing are very fragile from what I see but very small and and hide. Hopefully next set will be ok.

Bought for the twinkle effect...but neither set seems to have that feature nor directions for the use either

They were a Christmas gift and my granddaughter loved them. She put them up immediately and had them working in no time. Not bad for a 13 year old!

Really like the lights, super bright in a darken room. The remote on the other hand doesnt work. Email the company wanting on reply. Update: Company is taking care of it and will be doing a refund due to bad remote. I will be ordering again, going try a 2nd time because the light are really cool.
