> 3 dayThese were for my Christmas tree and were great. I hate having all of those thick ugly cords on the tree and how they pull the branches down. Yuck. These were a breeze to put on and being able to bend them and have them stay in place was a bonus. I was also able to hide the wires if needed. I ended up taking off the entire string after I looked at it. The LED color bugged me more that I thought it would. I used white instead and loved them. So much tidier than Christmas lights.

> 3 dayNegative: Not sure why they’re called “twinkle” lights since they don’t twinkle. I bought 3 sets of these lights (2 separate orders) none of the boxes were closed. Every single box was open. One of the 3 boxes was missing the wall plug-in adapter. That mishap probably happened because of the open boxes. One of the strings blinked on & off while I was hanging them but they seem to be working ok now that they’re up. Positive: really good, bright color/light and very quickly shipped to me.

> 3 dayI am enjoying these lights. I’ve have several different brands but this was my first time ordering this brand. The first thing I noticed was that the copper wire is more substantial than some of the other brands I’ve had. That isn’t a bad thing at all because they don’t get tangled up. Some brands have all three wires separated between each light. When those get tangled just throw them away. It took me literally HOURS to untangle them. So for me this is a huge bonus. The amount of light is about what I would expect on low and on the high setting it really is bright enuff for me to not have to have any other lights turned on. There are 6 settings and no remote. The control is a part of the power cord. Just letting you know that if you are looking for lights with a remote and tons of options, like some have, this is not what you’d want to order. Sometimes a variety of dimming and blinking is nice to have but not a deal breaker for me. I do, however, wish there was a remote. Getting to the switch can be a challenge unless your outlet is super close to where you want the lights. I just leave mine on all the time to remedy that problem. The 1st pic is on the lowest setting and the highest in the second. Not a whole lot of difference in the pics but in real life it’s noticeable.

Greater than one weekIt was not the item I was looking for so I went to return but Amazon just gave credit and because I’m a teacher and have a small resource room a colleague suggested hanging it up to warm up the empty space. A little tricky maneuvering the thin wire but the light actually does the job with giving the classroom a facelift. Glad I could find a home for it.

> 3 dayThese are very nice, I was afraid of failure due to other reviews so I waited but both strands are holding up well. I think there is one bad led only on one strand, so that is pretty good. These are still delicate and probably not to be handled regularly but look nice. They give you about 1.5 from plug to switch and 1.5 from switch to first bulb so plan your layout accordingly.

> 3 dayI love this product; it works great and it’s durable. I get lots of compliments and questions on it when I’m out and about because I’m definitely using it in an unconventional way... I bought these lights because I camp in my car and I needed a better source of light to use instead of my cars dome light and these work like a charm. It illuminates the entire car rather than just part of it and it was also a wonderful addition to my vehicles halloween display! To show what a difference the addition of these lights can do... Photo 1 is my cars halloween display before I installed the lights. Photo 2 is the Halloween display with these lights. You can still see them VERY well even during the day! Photo 3 is with the fairy lights at night set to the brightest setting they have Photo 4 is what it looks like when your inside the car with the lights on the lowest setting. 10/10 I would recommend and I plan on buying these again in white because the other brand I purchased already broke.

Greater than one weekI bought these to put on my car for the holidays and run them off a USB battery. At first I ran the cord through my back window which I foolishly forgot about and opened up rear door and ripped the wires in half. I thought I was SOL given that the wires were so tiny and the product was really sensitive to shorting out. This was not the case thankfully. I used a lighter and burned the small coating off of the wire, twisted them together and used heat shrink tubing over it and we were back in buisiness. Theyve been on 3 days straight in the rain and no issues! Ill update photos later.

> 3 dayI would probably loved these except for two reasons. 1st reason is my own fault for not checking closer. I had assumed these were run off of battery. I was wrong 2nd reason is that they simply do not work. I never even took them out of the package until the bridal shower I was hosting, only to discover that the only way they would turn on, is to hold the cord close to the outlet at a certain angle. I tried many outlets just to be sure, but the cord about 5 inches up seems to be where it is broken. I cannot comment on the controls since I didn’t make it that far.

> 3 dayHad a similar type of string last year, but the maker isnt online any more. Went searching for something that was multicolored, non-flashing and in the fairy-style with the very thin wire but the lights pretty bright. Found these and have been quite pleased with them. I have a string around our bedroom window and the office window. They look great and dont take a lot of support to keep in place. (Used to have rope lights until they burnt out and those are a pain to put in place compared to these.) My only criticism is that you cant put these on a timer. You have to push the button on the cord to turn them on. I have them in an Alexa plug to turn on and off, but when the plug turns on the lights are still off. They do turn off (because the power from the plug gets turned off), so its not a deal breaker. It would be nicer, however, if they just turned on when the power is connected. Not enough to remove a star, since I probably should have been able to tell this based on the description and previous purchases, but a suggestion for a future iteration and warning to anyone expecting these to work on a timer or Alexa-type remote home device.
