> 3 dayI loved this as a window decoration during the Christmas season. It added the perfect ambiance to my dining room. As long as you follow the directions the lights are easy to hang. I used command light hooks attached the wires and did not loose the twist ties until everything was in place. I had no tangling at all, just a beautiful festive look.

> 3 dayTheyre very bright and a very nice blue. However, the default option on the light is not the steady on. So you always have to switch it when you turn them on.

Greater than one weekOnce I figured out that the white buckle MUST be cut (even though the instructions say not to several times) the lights create the ambiance I desired. The instructions are awful and in order to spread the main line out you must cut that buckle. Otherwise you cannot open them out. Also like someone said do not unwind the individual strands until you have hung the main line on the wall. We shall see about the longevity. I do like them but whoever wrote the instructions or assembled it was either smoking something or standing upside down. Despite that I recommend them. Theyre very cool.

> 3 dayI have the lights on a power strip so I do not fiddle with any switches. The lights have lasted 4 years without any issues.

> 3 dayIt took me a while to finally hang these lights after I got them, but it was worth the wait. They were fairly easy to unroll and hang up if you follow their directions, and the power cord is very long so that its not to hard to be able to plug them in and also hang them from a tall window. The only thing I would say is that of the eight modes, only two of them are steady with what theyre doing, either always on or a soft fade where half the lights are on at a time. Both of these are nice, but the other six modes are cycling between different flashing patterns or speeds and theyre often very fast and distracting. Much more of a dance party vibe than what I was going for. Which still would be okay if the mode was just one flashing pattern at a time, but seriously all six of them will start one way and switch to something else and then back. Ill never use those modes, so its pretty useless on that front. The two modes that I do like are gorgeous though, so its a small complaint.

> 3 dayI bought these for my sliding glass patio door. Either I have a small door or these are big! I was worried it wouldn’t cover the entire window but it does with plenty to spare! These look great from outside. Good quality lights! There is no remote or timer so if you’re looking for that, keep looking. These are great lights though. Each light strand was gathered with a twist tie. I just hung up the main string across the window then took the twist tie off and let it fall one strand at a time. There were no tangles! I think I left 2 strands with the twist tie on because I didn’t need the extra width.

Greater than one weekreally love the lights so far and how they added such a fairy element to my room lol. i attached two sets together and have the plug by the head of my bed. i love how bright they are, been using them instead of my lamp. but that’s the only con as of now. it would be great to change the brightness level to the same l brightness as the other string lights on my bed. i’m able to sleep with those but i always turn these curtain lights off bc i can’t stand that much brightness. other than that love. we’ll see how they hold up.
