this seems to do exactly what the OEM one does, and you get two for much less than the price of one branded one, and a really nice cable. This charger (and many others) claim super fast charging but 25W is just fast charging. 45W should be super fast charging on a new Samsung phone. either one will charge a low battery at almost double the speed of a normal charger that doesnt have PD or QC. note this is a PD charger optimized to fast charge usb-c phones with big batteries. its a little small for laptops and a little big for many other devices. Keep your old 2A non-PD charger with a standard type A connector for accessories like headphones that dont seem to like the new PD chargers. other note, if you are comparing to a 30W or 40W adapter: some of these are 40W across TWO ports. This one is up to 25W (depends what your device negotiates) on the one port. I prefer one port, I dont like the behavior to vary depending on what else I have plugged in - which most cheap smart chargers will do, sharing often as little as 15-17W across multiple ports.

This charger and cable is marketed to Android users, but the reality is that it works well for any USB-C device. My favorite and best test for a USB-C cable is whether it will charge my MacBook Pro when plugged into the Apple-supplied power pack. Low-quality/speed cables show up on the laptop as Battery Not Charging but this one charges just fine. Please note Im not suggesting that I can charge a Mac laptop using the supplied wall charger that came with the cable. But the included wall charger is sufficient for everything else I have that uses USB-C including FireHD tablets, portable speakers, etc.

The shift to the USB-C as the preferred cable style means that your new phone/device is likely not going to include a charger in the future assuming youll just be able to re-use your existing - if you have one. This is a good aftermarket charger. Charge time for our droid and an iPhone was quick, and the cable plugs into the device and charger nice and snug.

I havent done any official tests, but it charges my Galaxy Watch 5 Pro pretty fast when I use the original cable. Definitely faster than a cheaper charging block, but dont expect it to also charge your laptop (most need at least a 45W charger)

The only drawback is it is a C connector on both ends. So, the brick is only good for this cord. Although the cord is long enough

Im not decided yet. I love the length of the cord. It is very fast charging. My only dislike is that the end that goes into the charger is not USB.
