First, I was exited because this reflective safety tape was relatively cheap so I painted my trailer and applied these on which looked amazing. After about 3 months, the white part of the reflective tapes started looking shady. I added pictures but it is hard to see the off shady/white/yellow color. Because of that I cant recommend this product!

I purchased it for my boat trailer. I had the tape all over my trailer at multiple different angles and it did NOT reflect. This is conspicuity tape and is NOT conspicuous.

This roll of DOT-C2 tape looks extremely rugged and it is indeed made from very thick material. But Ive found, that after trying for 4 months, that it is ultimately unusable. The reflective material easily separates from the adhesive. Ive tried to keep it adhered to many items (van, trailer, bicycle), which Ive always used DOT-C2 tape on; all from which it has separated within weeks. The adhesive stays stuck on cleaned surfaces. But the reflective material keeps separating from the adhesive. In the end, its unusable and is simply the worst DOT-C2 tape Ive ever purchased.

I used this product on the frame of my Bass Boat trailer. I needed to cut the Red and white sections apart because I did not want the tape to be one continuous piece for the full length of the trailer. The lines between the Red and the white was fuzzy on every other seam and so I had to make two cuts at every seam. Today the temp was 70 degrees with about 70 percent humidity and the tape was installed on two day old Rust-o-leum Aluminum paint. Time will tell if it holds up, especially after backing the trailer in the water to launch the boat in a week. I have used 3M products in the past with good results. Hope this holds up as well.

Will not stay on truck. Wind peels it off poor quality

This tape would not stick to the side of my cargo rack. The metal was smooth and clean and it wouldn’t stay. Regular clear office scotch tape sticks better. The reflectivity looked great but it wouldn’t adhere to anything. I even tried it on other surfaces and it would not stick. Maybe I got a dud, but this tape doesn’t stick.
