It leaves an unwelcomed dye rubbing to outline anything in your pocket if you put it on your lap or accidentally rub it on your leg. So it’s basically unusable at this point since its not of much use for a duffel bag.

Return worked fine, but was time consuming. Have got the new bag now for some weeks, used it on two trips. Works fine so far.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the zippers, which now makes it impossible to travel with my clothes and other items safely through the airport. I am very disappointed with this product.

Cannot return because 30 days had passed since purchased although never used. . I should have checked way before my planned trip.
